We Are Not Accepting New Patients

The clinic is closed from 12:30pm-1:30pm for lunch.
Possible evening and weekend hours will be available in the near future.
All medical visits must be booked as our clinic does not accept walk in patients.
There will be reserved spaces for same day fit in appointments for acute medical concerns.
Please book using either:
1) Use our online booking system
2) Email your callback phone number to bookings100ave@gmail.comand one of our staff will call you back ASAP (during clinic operation hours).
3) Call directly at 780-851-2556 to speak with one of our receptionists.

Welcome To 100 Avenue Medical Clinic

100 Avenue Medical Clinic is a brand new family medical clinic in the beautiful Glenwood community located in west Edmonton. The clinic will be providing regular family medicine services. Please remember that certain services are not insured and will require 3rd party payment (such as travel related appointments, form completion, sick notes, etc).

If you are a physician, we currently have space to host one additional physician at extremely competitive rates. Please reach out to us using the contact info below.

Parking information: There are 3 spots reserved for 100 Avenue Medical clinic directly in front of the clinic. There are also plenty of parking spaces along 166st. Please do not park in front of other local businesses.

Doctor Wei David Sun

Dr. Wei David Sun is originally from Toronto, Ontario, where he grew up and completed all his pre university education. He earned a bachelor of science in biochemistry before completing his Doctor of Medicine from McGill University in 2009. Dr. Sun moved to Edmonton for his residency in Family Medicine, and received his CCFP in 2011. He worked at Hampton Medical Clinic from 2011 until 2017. Dr. Sun believes that good preventative health care is key in helping clients to maintain their overall health. He strives to make mutual medical decisions together with the clients to provide an excellent medical experience in his practice. Dr. Sun is fluent in Mandarin and English, and can also converse in basic Cantonese. Outside of the professional commitments, he is the president of the Edmonton Chinese Parenting Association, a non profit organization committed to helping immigrant families. In his spare time he loves to spend time with his wife and four kids. Aside from medicine his other passion is playing board games and is always looking for a good game！
